ICEC comprises two main buildings:
- Main Building:
- Anadolu Auditorium: Seating capacity of 2,000.
- Additional Halls: Marmara Hall, Topkapı Halls, Dolmabahçe Halls, Galata Hall, Haliç Hall.
- Meeting Rooms: Sultan, Barbaros, Levent rooms, and VIP lounges.
- Dining: Boğaziçi Borsa Restaurant, offering Turkish and international cuisine.
- Rumeli Fair and Exhibition Center:
- Upper Level: 2,100 m² space divisible into four areas, accommodating up to 3,500 guests.
- Lower Level: Separate entrance with additional meeting rooms.
- Hisar Meeting Hall: Suitable for smaller gatherings.
- Rumeli Terrace: Offers panoramic views of Istanbul.
The complex also features a 1,000-vehicle underground parking facility and is connected via a pedestrian passage to the Istanbul Congress Center and Harbiye Muhsin Ertuğrul Stage.
