Omid Soltani (stage name: Omid), born July 28, 1966 in Aligudarz, Iran, is a renowned Persian pop singer
He began his musical journey early and released his debut album Baran in 1993, followed by several successful albums including Har Do Ashegh, Hazrat-e Eshgh, Parsehaye Asheghaneh, Sarboland, Victory (Piroozi), Entezaar, and Shabe Milad.
A major highlight was his 2013 international duet “We Are One” with Thomas Anders of Modern Talking, produced under Sony Music, Warner Music, and KING Records. Omid has performed sold-out concerts globally—including venues like Gibson Amphitheatre (LA), Caesars Palace (Las Vegas), and Sydney Opera House
