Boat Party Rules and Regulations
1. Entry Requirements:
• All guests must be at least 18 years old. A valid ID is required for entry.
• Tickets must be purchased in advance and presented at the entrance for scanning.
• No refunds or exchanges on tickets.
2. Boarding and Departure:
• Boarding will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive on time as the boat will depart promptly at 5:00 PM.
• Late arrivals will not be allowed to board and will not be refunded.
3. Conduct:
• Respectful behavior towards other guests and staff is mandatory. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event without a refund.
• Illegal substances, weapons, and any form of contraband are strictly prohibited.
• The use of any illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event.
4. Alcohol and Smoking:
• A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on board.
• Only drinks purchased on the boat are allowed; no outside beverages are permitted.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the boat. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
5. Safety:
• Follow all instructions from the boat crew and event staff regarding safety procedures.
• In case of emergency, life jackets and safety equipment are available and easily accessible.
• Do not lean over railings or engage in any unsafe activities.
6. Personal Belongings:
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
• It is advisable to travel light and avoid bringing valuable items.
7. Music and Entertainment:
• Live music and DJ performances will be provided throughout the event.
• Guests are encouraged to enjoy the entertainment but must refrain from interfering with the performers or equipment.
8. Dress Code:
• Casual and comfortable attire is recommended. Footwear is required at all times.
9. End of Event:
• The boat will return to the dock by 10:00 PM. Please ensure you have all your belongings with you when disembarking.
