Mladen Solomun (born December 27, 1975) is a Bosnian-German DJ, producer, and label owner, widely recognized as one of the most influential figures in the global electronic music scene. Raised in Hamburg, Germany, Solomun began his musical journey in his teenage years, transitioning from hip-hop and soul to deep house and techno. In 2006, he co-founded the record label Diynamic with Adriano Trolio, which has since become a cornerstone of underground electronic music.
Solomun's signature style blends deep, funky basslines with euphoric melodies and emotionally charged vocals. He gained international acclaim through his residency at Pacha Ibiza, where his "Solomun +1" concept—featuring extended sets with a single guest DJ—became a defining feature of the island's nightlife.
Beyond his DJ performances, Solomun is known for his innovative productions and remixes, earning accolades such as Mixmag's DJ of the Year in 2012 and multiple DJ Awards.
