Jimmy Sax (real name Jim Rolland; born February 19, 1985, in Marseille, France) is a dynamic French saxophonist, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and entertainer who has revolutionized the live saxophone-electronic music scene. Known as “The Sax Machine,” he seamlessly blends freestyle house, deep house, funk, and electro with expressive saxophone performances. With over 1,500 live shows spanning major cities like Miami, Paris, Berlin, and Dubai— and residency performances at Nikki Beach in St. Barthélemy—Jimmy has amassed more than 1 million YouTube subscribers, 300+ million views, two gold/platinum certifications, and millions of streams worldwide. He's also served as a jury member on Italy’s TV show IBAND and tours with his symphonic dance orchestra. His debut album Jimmy (2021) and its orchestral version (2022) attracted critical acclaim, supported by hit singles such as “No Man No Cry,” “Time,” “Soldier,” “Summertime,” and “Better Days.”
