The Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theatre (Cemil Topuzlu Açıkhava Tiyatrosu) is a historic amphitheater located in the Harbiye neighborhood of Şişli, Istanbul. It opened in August 1947 and, after enhancements by director Carl Ebert in the early 1950s, became fully operational.
