• During the event, our yacht will remain anchored at a designated bay in open water.
• Swimming, dancing, music, and social activities will continue throughout the day.
• Our yacht is equipped with life jackets, emergency response equipment, a certified first-aid officer, and a lifeguard.
• Medication for seasickness will be available onboard.
• All participants are required to follow safety instructions given by the captain and crew.
• Food and beverage service will be available throughout the event at reasonable prices.
🌤 WEATHER CONDITIONS & ORGANIZER AUTHORITY
• The event date may be rescheduled due to sea conditions or weather-related reasons.
• In such cases, participants will be informed via email and/or SMS.
• The organizing team reserves the right to reschedule the program with safety as the top priority.
🚫 SAFETY & RULES
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Items brought will be collected at the entrance and returned after the event.
• Participants who are excessively intoxicated or pose a safety risk may not be allowed onboard.
• Professional cameras, drones, and video equipment are not permitted without prior approval from the organization.
• Participants must respect the privacy and personal space of others.
• Flash photography is prohibited; in case of non-compliance, equipment may be temporarily held.

• Professional photo and video recording will take place throughout the event.
• By entering the event area, participants agree to the use of their visual and audio recordings for promotional, social media, archive, and marketing purposes under Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
